Helen Ramaglia

Helen Ramaglia is a former foster child who became a foster/adoptive mother. She is the founder and executive director of Fostering Superstars, a nonprofit for foster children. Helen is a recipient of the 2012 Congressional Angel in Adoption award for her work with foster children and is the author of From Foster to Fabulous.
