DeForest B. Soaries, Jr., is the senior pastor of the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens and the founder and CEO of Harvest of Hope Family Services Network, Inc. After 19 years of developing effective strategies and successful engagement within the foster care community in New Jersey, Harvest of Hope is transitioning into a national organization that functions as a resource to government and community organizations that provide services to youth in foster care.
