KaleidaCare Adds Over 20 Customers, Continues Rapid Growth of Customer Base

Eckerd Connects, The Children’s Shelter, and Florida Baptist Children’s Home (FBCH) and One More Child recently added KaleidaCare’s Care Management software as their electronic health records (EHR) solution.

KaleidaCare, a web-based client tracking, management and reporting software solution focused on the needs of social service organizations, announced today they have added more than 20 agencies to their growing customer base in the last few months. After completing their search for a flexible partner with a customer-first mindset, new customers such as Eckerd Connects, The Children’s Shelter, and FBCH and One More Child recently made the switch to using KaleidaCare as their EHR solution.

Serving clients in multiple states including Kansas, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas, Eckerd Connects is a pioneer dedicated to guiding vulnerable youth to a better path in life. “Eckerd Connects searched for a solution that would be flexible across our multiple state requirements. KaleidaCare’s flexibility and history in the field made them an obvious choice for us,” said Kevin George, Eckerd’s Senior Director of Quality and Contracts.

The Children’s Shelter is a trauma-informed care certified organization that provides a continuity of care through an array of family of services including Emergency Shelter, Foster Care, Therapy and a variety of Family Strengthening programs for child survivors of abuse, neglect and abandonment. President and CEO Annette Rodriguez stated, “With over 50 customers in Texas, we knew KaleidaCare could help support the changes around the Texas Gateway connection to the SSCC in our Region. We know change is constant and needed a partner that could help acclimate our agency and continue to help us move forward.” FBCH and One More Child impacted more than 249,000 individuals last year through its programs that include foster care, single moms, anti-trafficking, child hunger, and family support. Ashley Kelley, Director of Program Development and Compliance states reasons why they chose KaleidaCare. “We chose KaleidaCare because a colleague highly recommended their flexible software. My colleague raved about KaleidaCare’s customer service and their commitment to helping their customers every step of the way. We have already seen our service levels far exceed those of our previous product.”

These agencies will be using KaleidaCare’s many modules and easy-to-use functionalities to track clients and facilities, as well as Document Storage, Reporting Dashboards, and Billing capabilities to manage revenue and financial activities to several payers.

"We are thrilled to welcome our new customers to the KaleidaCare family, and excited for what 2019 will bring,” said Alistair Deakin, CEO of KaleidaCare. “Along with the growth in our community, we have been making great progress with our software. We continue to look forward to building and strengthening our relationships with our community of users, just as we have in the past 24 years.” KaleidaCare’s care management software also provides their customers a way to store their client’s important credentials such as birth certificates, prescriptions and more with their document management capabilities, as well as move along documents faster with electronic approvals including third-party signatures. All of these components and more help agencies manage any audits and accommodate any necessary requirements needed from their state or other regulations.
